Our sources of information about members

  • The information provided on applications, other forms or via electronic applications (such as name, address and Social Security number)
  • Member interactions/transactions with us, our affiliates or others (such as driving history, payment history and usage information)
  • Employer, group organizations or other affiliations (such as updated information pertaining to membership status in those organizations)

Our use of your personal information

We treat personal information with respect for privacy. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our members or former members to anyone, except as permitted by law.

The law permits us to disclose any or all information we have collected about members to companies with which we are affiliated and to other companies that perform services on our behalf.

When we disclose information to companies that perform services for us, it is done in order to administer I-GO memberships. Before disclosing member information to these companies, we require that they keep it confidential and use it only for the transactions we request.

Protecting your personal information from unauthorized access

We limit employee access to member information to those employees who have a legitimate business reason for such access. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect personal information from being accessed by unauthorized persons.
